  • Further education and training for doctors in nutritional science/nutritional medicine is often not particularly helpful
  • Classic diseases associated with nutrition: Night blindness, fatty liver, diabetes (mostly in clients > 50 years), blood sugar, high blood pressure ( mostly in clients > 30 years)
  • The most important part of a healthy diet is: drink water!
  • Great interest in the topic among acquaintances
  • Balanced nutrition != healthy nutrition
  • There are different types of nutrition and diets
